Estimated cost for the officials alone for this format would be around 100k. We have to consider expenses for the court time, press releases, trophies, after tournament party and others pa.

Format and other concerns will be discussed on the final briefing scheduled on Monday at 2PM at the City Sports Club. At the moment my email has major issues and i will only be able to communicate by this thread or by cell phone. Please be on the meeting and confirm your participation in this thread.
