Relax joe ang pwusoo mooo.Just like you and vince rowsoo,and others who easily concluded and sided with this rapist daniel Smith claimimg that Nicole is a liar because of her recantment.Again and again Im stayomg with the courts decision.daniel "rapist"Smith was proven guilty by the court of law in the Philippines.whatever and whoever is behind this recantment,its up the the court to prove it.I have shared my opinion and you have said yours.Kung mayron pa kayong reklamo,sa korte na lang kayo magpaliwanag!!

Funny for people like you because you can get away with crimes easily here in the Philippines.Thats why Im in favor of the revision or even the abolition of VFA so that there will be lesser cases of abuse involving your people here in the country.Remember also that your rapist is not totally free from his crime.There are so many discripancies in Nicoles' latest affidavit.“Under the law on evidence applicable in the Philippines and the United States,”an affidavit is hearsay unless the other party is accorded the right to cross-examine the affiant.”

Well... whatever makes people like you sleep at night. Fact is, wala sya na sexually raped. if you don't believe it then go personally to Subic and interview everyone there. Coz last time I was there, NOBODY believed she was raped. It wasn't even a big issue there. But ur still right, she was RAPED, but not by Smith.... but by Gabriella and people like you. Coz you forcefully impose your own will on someone just to get what you want and get satisfaction on achieving it.

Godsaint, what's more puzzling to me than your obtuse view of this entire event is your decision to purposely misspell my name in your posting. If you were unsure of the correct spelling, you could have simply re-read my post. My name is clearly depicted in the upper left of each of my posts. But then again, you don't strike me as being the kind of fella who is particularly interested in details.. Say, when you get a chance, please look up "corpus delicti" in the dictionary.. It's an interesting concept that has to do with "proof that a crime has been committed". Interesting stuff (maybe not so important to you, but it's at the foundation of any criminal proceeding). Would you be so adamant that Smith still go to prison (even after the victim recants) if he was a Filipino? Should a person's nationality be considered in a rape trial?
