they are called shrinkable tubes. u can buy it electronic shops (downtown). prices depend on
the tube diameter per feet. as i know, available only in black color.

Don't waste your money in Ace. They got their heatshrinks overpriced plus you only have a small selection of shrinkable tubes to choose in. Try in electrical shops instead, preferably in Downtown Cebu City. They have an array of heatshrinks in different sizes, its also cheap.
