    @springfield and tolstoi...ako kinilaw girl sad kaayo ko....but when i lived in japan...i learned to appreciate the subtle taste of raw fish without the marinade....lami sad ang simple...straight...delicate taste without all the trimmings....pero of course being pinoy ngita jud ko usahay sa atong kinilaw....pero i am more of sashimi/sushi now than kinilaw...

    ^^nag eat-all-you-can mi yesterday sa SAISAKI to satisfy my cravings for sashimi and sushi..pul-an gyud ko kilaw sa tuna ug salmon sashimi gahapon..hehe

    if anyone know how to process sashimi fish fillet then kindly post it here..my main concern is unsaon pag process nga 'walai langsa/baho' ang isda.

    bro...dili na man na i-process ang isda for sashimi....diretso ra man jud na siya slice and serve....maong sa atoa mostly salmon and tuna lang ang i-serve for sashimi kay kasagaran sa atong isda isog man gud ug baho....just be sure presko as in presko jud kaayo....way baho na....yellowtail bro...yumyumyum :mrgreen:

    ^^mao ba gwen..ang lain lang gyud ug baho katong IKA SASHIMI [SQUID] luod kan-un..pero ang salmon ug tuna dili gyud ma recognize ang baho sa isda

    @tolstoi...ako di ko nahan sad ika....kay slimy....usahay lang ko eat...kanang baby ...kay soft and dili kaayo chewy....ni kaon bitaw ko ug blowfish sashimi bro....ni tingle jud ako dila do....pero i did not find it extraordinary...ang nakamahal siguro kay because the preparation is specialized due to the poison....pero ang taste so-so man lang....favorite fish nako for sashimi is yellowtail....

    @jumps zilla....sa nonki bro...sa AS Fortuna...lami ang sashimi....ok kaayo ...authentic japanese jud ila food...kasulay na ko sa uban pero so far impressed ko sa nonki ....
