Your solution is too long winded and will not affect 100% of the people and interferes with the allocation of resources and capital.

Let the businessmen follow the needs of the people and the free market.

However, any market needs a demand, and there is no demand if theres no purchasing power.

Why is there no Ayala Mall in Davao and Ilo-ilo?

Why no SM Small in Siquijor? They have low wages there!

That is proof that it is purchasing power that is the decision point, not cheap labor.

WHy is Jollibee in USA? Why is SMC in HKG?

Government should focus on economy dili kay magsige nalang ug himog isyu ngadto sa ilang mga kaatbang sa politics. Imbis magsige ug lalis didto sa Kongreso or sa Senado, dapat about sa POVERTY ang ila hisgutan on how to minimize economical crisis.....

No corruptions and try to seek more jobs for the millions of jobless Filipinos..

i thought this thread is soliciting suggestions on how to stop or solve the poverty in the philippines?

    salamat

lets be practical. it will a 1,000 years and we will not get what you want G T A.
your theory has no economic basis.. kung atong padak-on ang wages mudako gihapon ang palitonon... that how inflation works..

your theory is good but not realistic and is not grounded on natural movement and mechanism of a market... bisan mu-isotrya ato pasimple pa gyud abot sa law of supply and demand daghan kwarta na nagcircukate more people will buy... more demand... less supply... mutaas gihapon ang palitonon...

pag take ra gud econ 101.... bisan sa exchange with other countries money mugamay ang value...

We are a people who always look for anyone and anything to blame everything evil in our society. Can poverty be solved? Is it a problem? Is it evil? Frankly, the world exists for millions of years and there were, there are and there will always be persons living in poverty in every society. So, it is not a matter of solving the poverty, but how can one contribute his/her efforts and means to lessen the burden of those who are in the situation or much better, even helping them to get out of such an unfortunate situation.
