ala ba? hmm.. cge i'll share some tips:
- PRC forms must be neat, without erasures.. [i don't know if mu dawat pa sila, but just be sure to make it neat as possible]
- all of the OR/DR cases must be signed by the staff nurse on duty, CI on duty, and the screening committee, as well as the PRC forms by the chief nurses, and the dean of your college.
- be early in filing your PRC forms, since daghan na kaau tawo sa PRC and ma labwan nya ka ug file.
- be prepared lang in cases of mistakes and changes in your forms.
- don't waste your time in signing your PRC forms, make it as one inig pa perma nimo..
i hope this can help you.
oh, and one more thing, if ever ni resign ang imo staff nurse sa hospital, let the nurse supervisor sign the case and get a certification from the hospital.Last edited by histrionic0311; 04-08-2009 at 10:23 PM.

Akong manghod nagpa pic jud kay dli daw pwde ng pic gikan sa gawas sa PRC.
