Si Chauncey Billups pod, i think mo-click sya sa Denver as their starting PG. Wala nay ka-ilog si Carmelo sa scoring.

AI is just a pawn in Dumar's chessgame. The overall objective: LBJ.

    No Mr. Bigshot? No problem!

Will BYNUM stepped up. He single handedly tamed the Bobcats in the 4th quarter.

Kinsa kahay mo-give way sa jersey #3 ani... Stuckey or AI? hehe

    buanga ana oi..

bati man kung pointguard si AI..

    di kaayo siya effective..

nya pareho man sila og duwa ni rip...

dagan2x na wala nila ang bola...
Actually, Iverson is effective to a team na wala kaayo kakumpetensya sa offense. Rip is not entirely the Pistons' offensive threat because, like you said, he runs around without the ball and looks for a bright spot. Once naa na si AI, you have two players who play the same rhythm and imagine kung naa ang duha:

AI drives into the lane for his trademarked layup OR pass it to Rip for a jumper OR pass it to Prince who's unguarded behind the 3-pt arc. However, a defender waves his hands on Prince, who passes it down to Rasheed for a hook OR notices two defenders raising their arms then passes it to Jason Maxiell for a dunk.

    Not bad.

One thing that people has to know is that, Iverson is an underrated passer. His assists (career average of 6.3apg) are often badly masked by his poor FG% and 25+ scoring nights as well as his attitude towards the game. But, AI is gonna playing in his contract year and should he should make a boost today to land a high-paying contract until he runs out of gas.

Murag tanan man concern kay naa sa Pistons because of Iverson. Haha... Anyway, kung pabadlongay lang naanad man siguro ang Pistons ana. i.e. Rasheed and the veterans who stare down their coach (Flip Saunders) for quite awhile (I read that somewhere).

When it comes to superstar quality, ang line up siguro nila ang wala naanad ani. But they had Grant Hill baya sad sa una. I think it's time for Detroit to see a bright spot for the first time since Grant, although padung na laos.
Si Chauncey Billups pod, i think mo-click sya sa Denver as their starting PG. Wala nay ka-ilog si Carmelo sa scoring.
How about JR Smith? So, I guess it's a healthy competition.

Future PG bitaw nila si Stuckey pero in the case of AI, he's a season-ending rental. He's coming off the books this season along with Rasheed Wallace. Meaning, they can let those two walk or have them packaged for young prospects and draft picks.

They are going to be at least $23million under the cap next season. Pero ang problema sad wala kaayo nindot na ma-sign next FA season except lang kang Carlos Boozer or Shawn Marion (reasonably speaking, of course). Moreover, this is also like a PR move for the Pistons kay murag nagka-boring na ila line up.

As for McDyess, the Nuggets could use him or simply cut him and let him rejoin the Pistons.

McDyess would rather retire than play for the Nuggets...

"There is one sticking point to the deal, though. TNT analyst David Aldridge reports that McDyess does not want to go to Denver, and a source close to him says "he will not put on a Nuggets uniform" and may opt to retire.

Because of McDyess's objection, the Nuggets may waive the mandatory physical each player in a trade must take in order for the league to approve any deal. McDyess may be seeking a buyout of the remainder of his contract (two years, $13.6 million).

A source with knowledge of the trade discussions says that the Nuggets would be willing to discuss a buyout with McDyess, but only if he agrees to a "significant" amount less than the $13.6 million he's due through the end of the 2009-10 season.

According to the source, McDyess would have to give up about 50 percent of his salary, meaning he'd have to agree to take about $6.8 million of the $13.6 million he's due in any potential buyout if he wants to play elsewhere. Otherwise, the Nuggets will keep him on their roster regardless of whether he decides to report or not. "

good point. dugay2x na pod mi naka-tilaw ug real superstar since Ben Wallace & Grant Hill. Although regular all-stars sila Rip, Chauncey & Sheed, lahi ra jud kung naay main superstar. Mokusog na pod sales sa Pistons merchandise ani just like the "Fear the 'Fro" era. This is the only positive thing i can think about for my team as of now.
