Ang issue dinhi bro is not about the commandant or officer of ROTC but the implementation of this subject. For me as a concern citizen of this country is in favor to have this ROTC back in the curriculum. You know the essence of this training not only reserve for the military but to promote discipline and nationalism to our youth. " Our youth will be our next leader and hope of our nation ". How can you expect them to become a good leader if they are undiscipline and lack of nationalism?
