You don't need traffic to apply for adsense. Make a dummy blog account in blogger.com then register sa adsense.

second account sa adsense imo pasabot bro? wa ko kabalo, pero murag mas ganahan ko usa ra ako account sa adsense, unya ipangdisplay ra nako ang mga ads sa mga sites nako

no not second acct

I mean like register again because I cant seem to put my blog adress and an error always shows up when I try to register with my unapproved acct.

katung ako-a i thought wala pud response for approval or disapproval, i checked my spam folder, tu-a ra diay didto ang mail for the approval.

i made one dummy account sa blogger.. hangtod karun wala pa nila gi approve man although naa na silay gihatag nga adsense id sa blogger .. pero econfirm paman daw..

but then I did not get any reply...

every time I resubmit my account information I always receive this

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it."
