i strongly agree with this statement.."Low Cost Great Value" = mao ni ang kultura sa Cebuano"..but some non-cebuanos mu-comment dayon nga tihik, dili ka-afford, pero mao man gyud na ang taga Cebu.......and this is the reason why Cebu market is always the experimental market...manufacturers will sell their products in Cebu first, if its a hit in Cebu, they are sure that it will be a big hit nationwide.....
