Kung kana siya na CONVECTION OVEN is ang portable type , lisod gyud na lutuan . If we are talking about the REGULAR CONVECTION OVEN , daghan pwede i luto diha , even rice pwede diha lutuon .

ANg turbo broiler is I guess for homecooking na gusto maluto dayon without sacrificing the elements of falvor being absorbed by the meat . Regular CONVECTION OVENS is still the best kitchen equipment to cook something in a SLOW COOKING METHOD like baking , roasting and basting .
Pagluto ug RIE pod is just like the regula rmethod when we cook also sa RICE COOKER , 1 is to 1 ang ratio sa height sa tubig and sa rice kung JASMINE and a a little bit more water kung lon grain ang gamiton .
Murag lami sa TURBO BROILER is CHICKEN CORDON BLEU .

MOMMI D .... yup ang crust ng CHICKEN CORDON BLEU ay very appealing dahil it only not looks crispy but you can feel the flavor already in your mouth hehehe because of the consistency and color . It should be golden brown and pino ang bread crumbs . A very basic CORDON BLEU procedure .
1 - season the boneless chicken breast fillet ( 2 pieces ) with salt , pepper and poultry spice
2 - prepare breadcrumbs , eggs for dip and flour
3 - in between the 2 chicken fillets , put about 3 to 4 slices of cheese . If available use CHEDDAR or MONTERREY JACK .
4 - dredge meat in flour , dip in egg , coat with breadcrumbs
5 - deep fry @ 375 degrees F for about 2 minutes , baked for 15 minutes @ 350 degrees F in a CONVECTION OVEN .
6 - in this case ... when you want to use thew TURBO BROILER hehehe , follow instructions of the brochure for cooking times of meat .
7 - serve with mashed pottaoes , chicken gravy and hollandaise sauce on top of the CHICKEN CORDON BLEU .
