Punitsi Da'Toi - ( puh-neet-sei dah-toy) an ancient fighting technique originated in Vietnam is the best martial arts. Since the times of our ancestors, particularly circa 1920's it has been adopted by many Filipinos and has been proven way too effective. Amazingly, it does not require any mastery in the art of fighting but rather a technique of mental calculation and muscle coordination.

^^ korek, if you can help it!

But here's a food for thought... if you run, your assailant(s) can also run and when you get tired of running and cornered, you get tired of fighting and defending your self. Which do you choose? Run or fight?

if you run, you get a little headstart and 80% of survival. if you do nut run, you assume that you can defeat your enemy.

Besides, his martial arts doesn't have any tournaments for its practitioners to ones effectivity.

Agree! and no, do not assume that you can defeat them.... but If you fight, make sure that you're going to take one or two of them with you. Also, chances are... 80% will make them think twice by attacking you...

good choice brod. But think more about defending rather than participating a tournament or exercising. You do a lot of things the way you train yourself. I am not an expert in Martial Arts but after 35 years of training... my mindset shift gears if there are dangers. Now, I am older... my options in running is completely not a good strategy but to fight. when you get older, your mentality will also change... much as exercising but defending against harm.

You all soon get to the stage I am now. So, any martial arts will do but make sure you are ready to meet bad things.
