    if ganihit budget, buy nalang at pharmacies called moriamin forte in capsule form, same effects rana sa mahalon. if your doctor permits (needs resita), you can also get this in injectable form. the injectable needs a skin test to be performed by a RN according to my doctor.

    Makapimple lang ni amino acids. ang injectable pud daw kay makabaho sa lawas if sigean gamit.

    if you are into muscle building then pwede ka mo inom ug amino acid depende naay 1000, 2000 up to 6000mg take 1 tablet before and after work out, you need protein man gud for muscle development... also one should include protein sa diet, amino acids are not only for muscle building, essential na sa metabolism ug uban pa... but if tight imung budget pag soya milk nalang barato pa, nuts, fruits, then meats sad and of course great source of protein ang egg
