i dont think there are any restrictions sa size bro..as long as compatible ang connectors ok ra na. although there are disadvantages if you are using an old mobo & proc with a new hard disk. syempre mas hinay ang performance. imagine running a full anti-virus scan using a pentium 3 pc on a 400gig IDE hard drive na more than 90% full with almost a million files...that would prolly take more than 12 hours lol
