mas maau nuon na gi-una niya ang LOTR; much money na nuon cya ron. hehehehe... now he could do any project he wishes. Speaking of, si Peter Jackson diay ang mo-produce sa movie version sa Halo (the Xbox video game). :mrgreen:

Actually he wanted to do King Kong after he did The Freighteners, but no Hollywood studio would back him up. They told him that Godzilla and Mighty Joe Young (anyone remember this wid Charlize Theron?) were in production already so they weren't really keen on another Big Monster type film.

So PJ went back to New Zealand and started wondering what other big film he can do (widout involving a big ape or a big lizzard). That's when LOTR comes in. He was a big fan of the book after reading it when he was bout 13.

And yes.. PJ and his wife will be executive producers of Halo. Andy Serkis will play Master Chief (hehe.. I'm asking too mch now).
