does this pic MCU have an output port for PWM?
if it does, kana na lang gamita nga port para sa light dimmer.... make sure nga butang ka ug current driver to isolate the MCU from the lamp/

If the lamp is connected to the main line (220V), the PIC will not be isolated unless an opto-isolated triac is used.
Dimming is done by turning on the TRIAC after a certain delay from the AC zero-crossing that will happen 120 times per second.
So a delay of approx. 4 milliseconds halves the light, greater than that will decreases more and no delay will turn it fully-ON.
