    Condo lang sa ron, kay dli daw pwede makapalit og balay og yuta ang US citizen. . Basin sunod magpadual mi. House and lot jud adto sa probinsya.

    I prefer house and lot. Ang condo kay naay monthly dues. Mura ra gihapon kag nag abang og apartmet.

    Kung naa koy kwarta, both. ang house and lot for main base and then e-airbnb ang condo, para at least naay passive income hehe

    both , if need to choose : house and lot

    because, if h and l, not a lot of restrictions and if walay homeowner's association, much better.
