bago napud nag offline ang china bank. Kapoy kau lakaw sa next china bank branch. Yeah I do understand that banks do have maintenance for ATMs. But CHina Bank seemed to have the most occurence of offline ATM. How do I know that since pag offline ang china bank always man online ang other banks.

Mailhan mangud nga china bank is not one of the excellent banks sa Teller nalang daan pirte nang hinaya.
I think citibank savings is an excellent one though. I am one of their credit cardholder and I was impressed they never charge you any hidden and overcharges on their credit card billings.

Pare, i cant blame you for being so pissed off because of these bad experiences. However, I'm sure that the bank is doing something about the problem on their ATMs. From what I know, they are now upgrading their ATM facilities, that is why they are investing millions to upgrade the machines just to serve us better. Notice the new atm machines installed in their branches? Now, as we all know in every upgrade, we cant avoid technical glitches, these are normal flaws since the bank can only anticipate problems and not absolute prediction for the new system. That is why they need feedbacks from us customers, feedback that will be relayed directly to them so that they can take the appropriate actions. Kaya nga na controversial yung Wilyonaryo ni Willie dahil sa technical glitch na yan The same concept applies to all newly implemented services, in this case, their atms. As for the service of the bank, I disagree with u Dog. Chinabank is one of the best service provider in their industry, in fact, it is their forte. Why do you think Chinabank earns a lot more in terms of asset to equity compared to other larger banks even with limited resources? I think it is unfair to say that the tellers are focus more on talking & flirting than servicing the other clients. The front liners are required to be familiar with the clients and occasionally chatting with them is one way of knowing them. Also, the tellers cannot shoo away the clients esp. when the latter initiate the conversation. It is unethical & impolite. Be that as it may, have you reported this to a Bank Officer? Have you express your grievance to them? As a dissatisfied customer, we should tell them on the flaws of their service so that this will be taken immediate action. Every individual is unique and so are the tellers. It is unjust to put the blame to the entire bank for the fault of the few. As for the so called Fat Joe Smeegle, please understand that in every service providers, you cant avoid having "valued clients" or the so called VIPs. These are few of the clients who have a bigger share in the the company's success. That is why we cant blame the bank if they are given an extra mile service. Also, I dont think Chinabank will do such foolishness to intentionally keeping their ATMs offline just to withhold a few millions from their clients. The money that can be stored in those atms for the weekend is immaterial compare to the Bank's entire cash on hand. Bottomline is, they will loose more if they implement this kind of strategy. Lastly, it is appalling that you posted these demeaning words about the filipino-chinese community, remember that they are a large part of the economic drive of our country. Imagine the number of unemployed if there are not doing business here. Even if you are not employed by one, Im sure one of your relatives do. Instead of blaming them, why dont you just thank them for their contributions in our country. Well i hope this shed light to your predicament with the bank. Keep your cool.

right! i have chinabank & allied bank. nindot kaayo kay di "pili-on" iyang ATM.

the worst i experienced is Equitable PCI, grabe kaayo kay daghan bank di siya dawaton, i dunno why.

i suggest that you go to bancnetonline.com and choose a bank of your preference there.

what's ironic though is that Equitable PCI is not included there even if it is a member of Bancnet.
