1st Question: Why do u need to form a partnership?

There are Pros and Cons with that structure.

My advice is really to have a a notarized doc on all the stuffs that u agreed especially your financial agreements. If u agree to share 50-50 or 60-40, document it.

No need to notarize man unta but later on, egos will be affected and your vision will no longer be the same. Of course, dont ruin your friendship because of business/money. Makit-an ra ang kwarta.

Bottomline is, look for a person who can be trusted to be your business partner. Also, consider his skills. Basin pareha mo ug nahibaw-an which is not ideal, mas maayo if lahi2x mu ug expertise sa business aspects like you are good in Marketing then sya is into HR na d Admin stuffs.

Daghan pa kaau ka angay i.consider but then again, these are just insights. Lisod jud mag.business but worth it!
