    Actually, I think lang ha... IMHO...

    Kaning mga decision sa Ombudsman / Sandiganbayan, possible naa ni consultation ni Digong...

    Duda ko, if dili niya mapangitaan ug proof sa illegal drugs ang uban local elected officials, adto siya mo tira thru Ombudsman / Sandiganbayan...

    But this isn't a private company. They were elected by the people. They shouldn't be dismissed except by the people through trial. That is usually how democracies work.

    naa sad ko nabasahan sa Alcantara. nag pa canvass cla ug Ring dala fiber glass nga board para basketball. nya ni ingon to ang taga glass(kalimot ko sa name sa tindahan) nga g ingnan daw cla nga blank receipt lng daw ang e hatag kay cla ra ang mo suwat. nya ang budget kay 45k nya ang kantidad kay 29k ra. murag fishy sad to kaau. ninduta raba sa deperenxa 16k jud.

    padala nalang na sila sa basilan, tawi-taw, sulu ug jolo mga nangurakot sa gobierno pareho sa mga polis nga mga badlongon!

    Reading through the full-text of the report, democracy in this case "due process" is actually working.
    He is a public official, complaints are filed accordingly, in this case the Ombudsman.


    The Ombudsman ordered the cancellation of Gica's civil service eligibility and barred him from working again in government. Apart from dismissal, Gica will also face trial for malversation of public funds, three counts of falsification of official documents, and for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. Sought for his reaction, Gica said they will file a motion for reconsideration on the Ombudsman's order. He said he received the Ombudsman's dismissal order last Tuesday, January 31, and he was shocked to learn the anti-graft office resolved the complaint based only on the evidence presented by the complainant, former Dumanjug mayor Nelson Garcia.

    di lang administrative case. criminal pa mao nga isud sa prisohan ning corrupt nga ex mayor sa aloguinsan...nindot ni nga limpyohon ang pang servisyo sa publiko. good job ombudsman/sandiganbayan!
