IT Park is Ayala man... gukod na sa Makati ang presyo sa parking...

aw ana gyud na, "progressive" naman kaayo ang cebu, tanan gyud mo saka na og halos tanan negosyo na... wait and see, naa na pud nya toll fees soon...

ang solution, improve public transpo... then and only then people will stop buying cars and motorcycles... BRT, asa naman? mega cebu 2050 gyud diay, 2050 pa ma realize ning tanan nindut nga plan...

Php50 first 4 hours ra unya kung 9 hours sa trabaho, Php 50 + Php 50 sa excess na 5 hours. So Php100/day na, Php500/week just for freaking PARKING. DI MADA OI. Ako ana mag-commute nalang ko. >.<

Pero hinuon man sad, daghan rich kids diha IT park. LOL. Ilaha sad na. Kapalit gani car, pambayad sa parking wala?

ang pinaka luoy ani kaning nipuyo layo sa IT Park nya para maka minus sa transpo, nikuha ug motor.. like taga Mingla, Naga, etc.. ug Lacion, Lilo-an, etc.. 1K/month.. daghan na tawn kag mapalit sa 1K per month..

new management na daw ang IT Park ug mao nay first nila to decongest the roads and "make IT Park a better place to work with"... unswaaa?

if decongest hisgutan, dapat mo promote silag biking ug motor.. kanang mga naka auto mostly ana wa mana silay paki so ma decongest ba kaha nga kana man sila dakog kaon ug parking space.. continue gihapon na sila parking.. nindutag magbutang silag bike parking area nga naay kabitanan ug kadena..

i asked a parking aide, sila pud kunu tanan gipa renew ug kontrata sa laing agency.. alam na this.. kwarta..

pero kay private lage, kutob ra jud tas yaw2x ani.. hahahaha

The Court notes that despite the fees charged by respondents, vehicle owners still use the mall parking facilities, which are even fully occupied on some days. Vehicle owners may be parking in the streets only because there are not enough parking spaces in the malls, and not because they are deterred by the parking fees charged by respondents. Free parking spaces at the malls may even have the opposite effect from what the OSG envisioned: more people may be encouraged by the free parking to bring their own vehicles, instead of taking public transport, to the malls; as a result, the parking facilities would become full sooner, leaving more vehicles without parking spaces in the malls and parked in the streets instead, causing even more traffic congestion.

the current argument is that mahal ra kaayo ang 50, but we cannot deny the fact that sayun nalang kaayu maka acquire ug sakyanan karon thus contibuting to the growing density sa atong streets recently.
As quoted, pero ilisan lang nato ang "free" into "cheaper", dali ra kaayo magdala ug private vehicle padung sa IT park, and in our growing population and somewhat lack of a proper carpark diha, sooner or later lisud na kaau i-park diha thus making traffic flow slower kay magsige man ta tuyok2x kai mangita ug naay mabakante..

Personally sakit ang 50, but when I was in metro manila (QC) mao jud ni ang rates. Maybe dli pata pareha ka urbanized sa metro manila, but let's just view this as some sort of control sa traffic. Afterall, implementation have to start somewhere, and this will certainly cause a ripple effect. Ang question nalang is whether this move will cause more bad than good in the near future or will it initiate consequent ordinances or improvements sa metro..

^^ kung sakyanan siguro pero kung motor? i think mas mo prefer pa sila mag motor ang mga taw kay gamay ra kaayug kaon parking ang motor.. minus trapik pa jud.. hehe

samot na butang silag parking facility for bikes.. kana too ko nga ilang tumong to decongest.. pero kalit2x implement sa 50petot plus balita pa nga ang mga parking aides gipa renew ug laing agency (probably close to the admins) aw, matingala lang ta..

pero if mag bike ang mga taw, basin tag 30petot pud ang rate sa bike kung magbuhat man gale silag bike parking area.. hahahahha
