    I hate contractualization pero alangan ug mag tambay lng sa ka taghulat ug naay nay balaod nga tangtangon na? So, go with the flow lng sa ka kaysa magutman.

    My 1 cent:
    Gamy jud tanan sa sweldo mgsugod or gamay ra gihapon ka ug sweldo ky wala gyud nimo gisulod sa imo utok nga kung makita sa management nga MAAYO kaau ka mo trabho taasan imo position + sweldo..

    So, don't expect higher compensation if you have no experiences and haven't given all your best..

    Mao gyud na reason ngano dili tanan mahimo ug manager, supervisor, CEO, COO etc... ky dili tanan prehas ug performance...

    Bottom line, fault gyud ni sa manager/store manager ky "NOT" an excuse gyud na "gamay sweldo" bsta naa nka ana nga position...

    ^^ Yes, pero like what I said, they don't give a damn because since the pay is not lucrative, an employee doesn't have stewardship and responsibility.

    The employees do not see the whole big picture... They just see the company as a milking cow.

    ug ako pay ga.avail ana ila service, gipangduko na nako na sila.
    complain daun sa ila management aron matagam.

    sus dli lng kay kaisa rko na biktima aning cashier nila..mag take out ta pero inig abot sa balay walay gravey/ wala maapil ang fries or dli mao ang part sa manok na gi order..

    maypa jollibee kay order ko ug 3 ka burger steak gihatagan man hinoon ko ug 8pcs burger steak ug duha pa burger unya 150 pesos ra akong nabayad..nalipat sad cguro to ang tig serve..aw wala nlng sad ko mag saba..hahahahha

    in fairness nice ilang service sa Mactan New Town. Didto nag first bday ako anak. Ang giveaways kay wala lang na hatag dayon kay d available. nag wait pami 1 week usa mahatag but apart from that, our experience was great..
