Youtube has rights over youtube only. If they own this name, it doesn't mean that no one else can come up with a name similar to it. That's why, if you think your site is going to hit big time, it is wise to purchase not only the .com name but also the .net, .org .biz etc along with it because others can still get it once your site becomes very popular. In youtube's case (you can try this) they bought http://youtube.us , http://youtube.biz , http://youtube.tv , http://you-tube.com , which would automatically direct you back to youtube.com. If they didn't do this, somebody else could have taken them.

A good example to this is that http://www.utube.com contested when youtube.com became popular but the former didn't win. Or another example is iPhone by sun microsystems and iPhone by apple mac. Apple won the case even if it's exactly the same name simply because of the fact that both names represent different technologies i.e. VOiP for microsystems and mobile technology for apple. With these examples, YouTubecebu is not youtube.com unless I use their logo, trademark and their own script.

If you try to buy other youtube-related names like http://myyoutube.com , http://youtubecanada.com , http://youtube.net , they are already taken. How do you think is YouTubecebu.com any different from theirs?

the dotcom domain is actually owned by a group known as JAGs Media which BeoR, is part of together with some of the other admins. FYI.
