I understand your point bai. Let me make if clear lang ha. Yes, she is 'credible' kay lagi naa siyay Phd. And? So what if naa siyay Phd?
Let's say Phd sad ko ang i start sharing about crime stats, mo tuo dayon mo sa akong i post? Kay naa man koy Phd? Unsa may Phd niya bai? Ang iyang pag ka Phd is has nothing to do with anything, actually. Ani man gud na. Diin man siya kuha anang iyang data? Gi tagsa-tagsa niya ug adto ang mga police station sa anang mga lugara especially diri sa cebu?
Walay mo dare ug hilabot nimo bai, mag snatch pa ug mahalon nga phone ang snatcher ug i hatag nimo. Dakong sagpa na nila if ilang hilabtan imong phone. Suwayi ug wara-wara ug iphone 6, kanang orig ha, ayaw nang clone.
The author didn't change the numbers from pnp. She only changed the ranking based on how each type of crime is per 100000 population with the most heinous crime having the most impact. The pnp only ranked it according to the number of crimes total which is different.
Ex.
State A has 100 murders per 100000 people but only has 50 injuries and 10 thefts
State B has 100 theft per 100000 people but only 10 murders
State C has 100 injury per 100000 people but only 50 murders
It could mean that A>C>B . Murder would be the factor for determining the rank since its the most heinous crime.
