sa sari sari stores bai? naa bay resibo?
if you notice, most establishments have this orange carton posted with a BIR logo. it says that the establishment should issue ORs etc... and at the bottom it says something like "failure to do so results to IMPRISONMENT", so prisohonon diay na silang tanan. but ilang alibi would be, "wala man nangayo ang customer so, wala sad mi hatag". mangayo or dili ang customer kinahanglan man gyud na nila resibo-an, no matter what.
imagina ninyo ang mga jeepney and taxi drivers, thousands of them refueling everyday and not asking for a receipt. and mo reklamo nga pobre ang pilipinas.
well if you cry about government not collecting proper tax... then its our fault lang gihapon kay wala man ta nangayo ug recibo...![]()
THEY SHOULD...... ang uban hatag man diretso pero ang mga maru kay huwat pa na mangayo ang customer....
pero THEY SHOULD
sales invoice is issued usually if you pay by credit card or utang and that is allowed. if you pay in cash a Cash Invoice or Official Receipts must be issued. Machine printed receipts is allowed as long their T.I.N. is indicated. any establishment refuse to issue receipt you may bring this matter to b.i.r. and they will act on it immediately..
It depends on what kind of sari-sari stores or how big it is. One thing also to be considered is the nature of the store/business. There are sari-sari stores so called wholesalers and retailers but still they are considered sari-sari stores because they are selling differeint variety of products. If you are talking about small or ordinary sari-sari stores which has less than P 1000.00 sales a day they are free from issuing reciepts.Originally Posted by riko diko

sari sari stores no need to issue any receipts/invoices less P25.00 purchase...
If you know of any specific establishments that refuse to issue receipts, please post them here!
Also, report them to the BIR. Sooner or later, one of them will get audited!
Petron gas station in Basak, Opon, doesn't issue receipts!
