Geforce 4Ti Series were great back then.. Don't know where to buy those right now.
I used to have a 6600GT in my 4x slot. It worked.. uhh..right.. just like an old mx4000! But that wasnt because of the 4x slot, but because of the my crappy celeron.
thats good to know 6600GT works w/ your 4x agp speed since some of the cards nowadays especially your 6600gt is a newer version.
3dfx Voodoo
Yeah It worked well.. But performance was very limited because of the slow celeron processor. I did some research and I found out that 6600GT still wont be able to fully use the full bandwidth of 4x.. let alone 8x. That was from tomshardware.com a few years back.
hrmmm thanks for the info, if i can find any old cards i'll prolly settle for a cheap one from the 6000 series

Bro, sigurado-a lang pud nga balanced ang imong processor to your videocard. I already had a bad experience pairing a fast vcard and a slow processor.
