I consider Arch't Ravina as one of the best architect here in cebu. not that he is my design instructor, i jst say so coz i learn from him,he has also many projects...
There are also many Architects which i consider best namely Arch't Espina, Arch't Rafanan, and all other Arch'ts in USC.

Architect Rafanan? Wow! instructor nakos USC TC sa una ug si Espina. mga ngilngig ni nga Architects.......

The best architects are those that complement and incorporate existing trees into their design or go around it regardless of what their clients think. They should have an independent streak and nurture a heart for trees and the environment. These are rare architects though, rarer than a white Sumatran rhino.
