    Ang kalag man gud murag radio frequency,
    Kung sa radio pa.
    AM ang iyang frequency sa normal nga kalag
    o 5 sensory personality sa soul.
    Kini nga kalag makita sa tawo nga materyalistic.

    Ang multi sensory personality sa kalag
    sama sa FM frequency.
    Ang kalag ani nga personality dili na materialistic.
    Ang iyang kinabuhi balanse ug nagsentro sa saktong prinsipyo.

    So, imong ibalhin ang frequency
    sa imong kalag
    pagka multi sensory personality osa pa ka o aron ka maka meditate.

    Kabantay ka sa AM frequency,
    mono sa ang iyang sound.
    Limitado ang iyang tingog.

    Pero ang fm stereo ang iyang sound.
    Naggamit sa duha ka channel sa sound sa left and right speakers.

    Meaning kung multi sensory na ang imong personality sa kalag,
    daghan na kag pwedeng mahimo.
    Dali ra ka makasabot sa bisan unsay imong basahon.
    Makakita ka na sab
    or sensitive ka na sa mga butang nga dili makita
    sa normal nga tawo o normal nga kalag.
    Dali ra sab nimo ang makigestorya og tawo.
    Wala kay kontra.
    Padulong pa lang ang tawo nimo, makahibaw na ka unsay iyang tuyo nimo.
    Daghan na kag talento nga mabuhat o magamit.

    Mogawas ang tanan nimong abilidad kung nabalhin na nimo ang personality sa imong kalag ngadto sa pagka multi-sensory personality.

    2.)Be honest

    And before you start meditating,
    be sure you haven't eaten meat for the whole day.
    Just fruit and vegetables and water.
    No alcohol, no tobacco or drugs.
    No marijuanas please.

    there are meditation-like techniques in Gestalt therapy of which borrows much from Oriental philosophy. Progressive relaxation and just letting go of all thoughts so one comes into a heightened level of awareness of one's senses, it's a nice experience really

    Just a piece of panghimangno...

    ako i tried different meditation na then i came to a conclusion nga pareho ra man ni cla tanan ang difference lang is kung unsa imong gustong ma acheive.

    then mao na ni akong panghimangno...You must do some excercise after your meditation, like stationary jogging or anything that will pull your senses back to reality. Then after meditation engage yourself in socializing other human being then ayaw na ug dwell sa imong meditative state kay usahay naa pa man gud nay hang over.

    what happened man gud in meditation is...you are altering your state of conciousness and it involves brain chemicals nga mo trigger ug certain stuff sa imong brain nya kung dili ka properly grounded after sa imong meditation delikado kaau.

    That is why there is Yoga.
    Yoga ----the physical breathing, stretching and balancing exercises.
    Naa gani koy DVD ani, I use it as substitute for exercise videos.
    Yoga can help relax your body and mind.

    I so agree, it produces a state of altered consciousness, mura ug grabe ka taas ang awareness, you should make sure nga makabalik ka sa imo normal nga sensations..daghan nako experiences ani when doing relaxation techniques in therapy, masobraan usahay ang effect sa suggestions

    Mura ka ug hubog noh basta ma sobrahan.

    then naay osahay nga ang thoughts na sa imong mind ang mo control sa imong activities. Akong nabantayan basta masobraha is mo buhat ko ug chores pero akong mind is wandering around wala jud sa present activity,tsk tsk. mao ng osahay mag practice ko ug mindful meditation.

    nindot baya ang mindful meditation kay naa jud imong mind sa imong ginabuhat nga activity nya ma apprecitae nimo ang imo self and the things around you.
