    me too..murag 2 weeks nako walay tarung tulog.
    shift ends either 12/1am..
    maabot sa balay mga almost 2am nya ritual before sleep
    nya muhapit pa sa phone
    ang ending matog nag 3/4/5am...
    nya in the middle of my sleep makamata pako, nya sigeg mata sayo like mga 9-10am...
    huhuhuhu dagko na kaayo akong bugas ani.. huhu tabaaaang

    try taking vitamins, mkatabang na cya to sleep better. . . d ko mu2o ana sauna, pro when i started taking vits, mka2g daun ko and may sleep quality was good. . .

    Ako pud, bisan mu higda ko og sayo, mga 4, 5, or even 6 AM nako makatulog. These past few days, kay mag mata2x ko every hour, pinakadugay na tulog is 2 hours, unya dili na katulog balik. tsk tsk tsk dili na gyud ni maayo.

    ngano di ka katulog ts?
    #thinking of something?
    #you take naps during the day?
    #sedentary imo lifestyle?
    #drinking coffee?
    #taking any medications nga ang side effect makapahyper-active?


    e-assess usa ts what is the root cause of your sleep problem, para you will know what will be the solution.
