have you tried using a diff switch; managed switch?

    ------------------

    naka Dnscache restart naka?

    sample

    client
    ip 192.168.1.30
    dg 192.168.1.1
    dns 192.168.1.20(ip of your server)

Mu time out siya or mu destination host unreachable?

Suwayi pud ug packet capture using Wireshark or something similar kung maka kita ba ka sa ICMP packets nga makaabot ba sa destination host.

Bro, why not try specifying an IP address for you DNS? Its ok, to use loopback for the AD server,
    but for the clients ?

Assuming you are having the correct IP settings and the firewall is not blocking the ICMP ping,
this could probably be a DNS issue.
