mas maayo nga magpa checkup najud ka.. grabeh kaau nah imong layag.. or basin buntis ka? check sa daw..(just to check lng ha)...

consult jud ug Gynecologist to clear out anything serious or para to help you regulate your mens... kung mahadlok ka ug doctor kay kulitogon imoha, part jud na siya sis... lain sad kaau ug mag pap smear or tvs ka nya remotely done ra... diba?

yaw lang ka hadlok sa doctor or kung unsay result.. kahadloki nga basin ug everything's too late, si kamatayan ang mo hatol sa imong kapalaran...

ingon ako mama, naa daw na sauna sa Cebu Doc nga outpatient nga either libre na siya or naa lang gamay na bayad.. pero dli sya sure if naa pana karon... you can ask daw... pero you can actually go to Gynecologists, usually tag 300-400 na ila consultation fee.. if mo require ug mga tests like TVS or ultrasound, you can get it from cupsi or other diagnostics center na mas cheaper ang bayad...

TS, you need an OB-GYNE, you might have PCOS (polycystic ovarian cyst).

How long is your mens? Most probably it is either hormonal jud, how old are you by the way? Best thing to do is to have your OB-GYNE. Ayaw na anang hadlok or uwaw mam, Doctors are there and sacrificed through training to help people out. Doctors are there to help always, and NOT to ridicule people. Best advise I could give you is have yourself worked out.

Hi, you need to go to a doctor and have your self check, coz akoa sister ingon ana iyaha na experience. dili nalang kaayo ko mo into details kay dili ko ganahan nga mabalaka ka, as soon as possible visit your nearest doctor. God Bless.

My cycle was out of whack for a a few years (about every 2 months). GP was not much help so I looked unto vitamins. I came across one specifically for the endocrine system and shortly after taking it my cycles became shorter and more regular. So now I am able to keep track of them .

TS, Ako exgf sa una 1's a year ra ang iyaha , karon naminyo na siya mura wla man siguro problem kay naa naman anak.. pero mas maayo check up gyud ka ug doctor. ..
