everytime i read the GAA mura mag sakit ako dughan on most of the appropriated budgets, they are for Luzon most of the time... if people from central mindanao want a bangsamoro... i think we (people from visayas) take a proactive move to have an autonomy from imperial manila... hasola aning sige tag bayad sa mga project subsidy nga di nato magamit o pag panindot didto...

cebu is one the strong proponent of autonomy from imperial manila (federal) even digong admitted he got the inspiration to pursue federalism because of a cebuano...

visayas is always independent from those buffons in the capital until they start taking our money to spend it on whatever-dat-paking-is...

if filipinos in general keep asking government to solve their problem, you would expect the budget to keep on going up. i remember before, the mainstream were talking about balancing the budget, fiscal discipline, but it seems its no longer popular. 3trillion pesos is 3trillion opportunities to be corrupted. if the general citzenry stop asking more from government, then maybe we can reduce annual budget and corruption as well.
