^ We had the same problem sa imong mobo, I had an Asus VI Gene before, it will not run on Dual Channel, sa 3rd and 4th Memory slot ra mo display so it's only running on single channel, but if I run it on dual channel like I install the memory on 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th slot, dli sya mo display and the error code is "55". Make it sure nga dli imong mobo naka cause ana w/c I think it is. Tried using another mobo before sending your PSU for an RMA. Right now, I am using a Gigabyte G.1 Sniper M5 mobo as a replacement sa akong Asus VI Gene, wala nalang nako gi RMA kay hasol na i couldn't wait for months, so ako nlng gi baligya for a cheap price semi-defective, wala pato sya nag 1 year akong Asus ROG mobo. Make it sure you test & diagnose each part first before claiming nga PSU jd ang guba, an abnormal shutdown is not just also a PSU problem, but there are factors we need to consider as well what's really the culprit or the main cause of the issue.

anyway ako gi langkat ang PSU sa case, test it shorting green and black, and yup, same issue.
Mo on ra siya ug bago pa gi plug sa outlet. kung ako tangtangon ang pin dayun balik, di mo on. so i unplug pa nako, then plug balik after a minute para mo on..

using open hardware monitor, voltage seems normal.

more test to come, or else mag practice RMA, ang MOBO btw, sa NUTECH ra man napalit, ipabalik ra nila kay ilaha i test, dadun ra nako didto with the processor and mems.

Id put psu as the 3rd suspect.

Check first FP swicth/header then mb.

after 3 months, all is normal

what I did was unplug the PC if turned off. kay kung pirmi naka plug then the problem is there.
