And that is just in 1 shift.
your hospital must be way too understaff to have at least 10 patients in a med-surg floor... even an acute rehab hospital sa states dili in-ana kadaghan patients for one nurse... acute rehab has maybe 7-8 patients for a nurse... med-surg floor only has maybe 5-6pts. ... kung magkalisod 7patients pero dili sad 10 oi... unsa mana imong hospital sa states nga 10pts man ka? wala kay plano mobalhin hospital? california has only 1:4 nurse to patient ratio... my hospital has 1:5 or 1:4...

staff nurse or ci? for me, it really doesn't matter kung ang ultimate plan ninyo is to work sa states... being a staff nurse sa pinas is really different sa states... as in pwerte layoa sa difference... kung ci ka sa pinas, kamao naka mga theories nga ma-apply nimo inig panarbaho sa states....kung staff nurse sad ka, at least dili naka mahadlok mo-perform ug procedures nig trabaho nimo states like iv insertion, blood draws (some hospitals don't have an IV nurse or a phlebotomy nurse)...

well base sa ako na encounter mora mas maayo jud staff nurse ka if balak nimo abroad...again the advantages of having hands on and working under stress and pressure ...

there's one incident here, hired siya as staff nurse pero C.I. daw to siya sa pinas, she was not able to pass the probationary period (three months)uli siya ...

CI or staff nurse? Depende na jd na sa imo personal choice kung asa ka most fulfilled. As staff nurse you get to have hands on experience, get to be part of the treatment of patients, get to work in a hospital instead of the school and meet people in this environment. CI- mas makasabot na ka sa inyo lesson while you were a student, help mold young minds to be future nurses, work in the school ug meet young people- your students. so, depende ra gyod na sa imo gusto. take into consideration your priorities in life ug imong future plans. It will help you decide. Good luck!
