The only way to receive paypal payments is to have an account in countries that accept paypal

a US account is one way

but for practical purpose singapore is nearer also thailand

that was a $50 payment... hindi nya nagawang ipa-pick up in pesos. the payment was the same... gamay ra hinoon ang difference ato nga time hehehehe. like cents ra... so u really do not feel the exchange advantage.
