Dapat low body fat percentage ka, about 8% para makita ang cuts. Aside from fat %, ganahan ko sa hanging leg raises.
Im loosing weight na. I dont eat bf and eat lunch late... My body already consumed my belly fats... Any suggestions?
Good thing you're losing weight.. But you failed to mention taking exercise. Seems like you're having a crash diet. . Eat breakfast and all meals in time and in moderation. The key is to eat right not to skip meal. And to answer ur question, there's no shortcut to it sis.. It's "EXERCISE" and try circuit exercise or as they say: sit-ups / crunching. Persevere lang sa pag exercise pd.. You'll see.
Thanks for the tip sir.... Sorry forgot to mention. Im also doing the 30days ab challenge like 10 situps 20crutched 30sec planking. And the count increases everyday...like im adding 5 counts everyday

it's 70% healthy food and 30% exercise... try splitting your meals into 5 meals per day with each meal consisting of protein, veggies, and healthy fat. incorporate along a detox juice drink if kaya. and never skip a meal like @yhokz101 said! don't forget to add complex carbs and whey protein in your post workout meal such as brown rice or rolled oats or sweet potato.
