1.) If get it install it fine but after its donw you will find it hard to handle if youre not so good at research and reading articles/wikis.
2.) If youre a internet hob guy then linux is for you.
3.) If youre a gamer dont bother installing it.

try http://www.ntfs-3g.org. It is a Read/Write Driver.

unsa diay n xa n Linux bai... if you are using Redhat (or Ubuntu) they had customized their installation to make it easier to install...

let us know the distro/distribution ana n linux, we may help you step by step....

bali man guro sa windows install... sa windows... install os unya install ang kinahanglan nimo nga apps... sa linux... instal os unya uninstall ang di nimo kinahanglan nga apps... btw sa sabayon linux ni nako nga experience... pagkahuman nako ug install puno na ug apps ang menu...eg. 4 ka web browser naka install...

naay mga applications n naay corresponding rpm format installer... rpm or redhat package manager ang usual n gamiton para mg.install sa linux ug mga apps... try finding the RPM format (if naa mn gani) sa imong app...

lahi ang format sa EXE sa windows, very different sa linux, so expected that d mo.install/run imong application n intended for windows dd2 sa linux... but some distributions, like redhat and ubuntu, have WINE (Wine IS Not an Emulator) installed, this has (almost) all the required files needed for a windows application to run in linux... if supported imong app sa WINE then you can run ur app sa linux with minimal or no problem....
