I think pinaka-strict ang Ayala branch. ga sige sad mig balik2x diha pero nakakuha rajud in time.
basta ang gingon kay, need 1 laminated valid ID and another should not be laminated such as passport. Passport nlng jud siguroa if naa ka, hehe...

if you have time, try lang pud inquire sa Unionbank Ayala or SM branch, basi diay pwede jud USD account sa Unionbank.

thanks @cebu.opportunities.. ni basa nko sa paypal. dli gyud pde ma withdraw in dollars bisag naa nko USD account dri. i-convert gyud nila into local currency. ang mahitabo nlng ani palit nlng ug USD balik... bahala kansi.

not sure if kana sa gaisano country mall ang banilad branch. with regards to requirements, sila njud makatubag ana sir, hehe... call the branch nlng pra ma aware ka before going there. ask nlng pg daan if naa ba sila'y stock nga cards kay ny times nga short2x jud sila. ma search raman siguro online ang contact numbers.

naa ko question guys and hopefully naa makatubag. Naa nagpadala nako ug money from US. so $ siya, gi send niya thru paypal kay naay nisud sa akong email na receipt. the thing is wala koi paypal na account.
