dont worry bro kay call centers' retention contracts cant really chase you by law..though it could affect your reputation the next time you apply in a call center(since they have a certain organization of call centers sharing info)...

..go for the QA job bro..i personally think nga there is no career growth in call centers..for me lang ha?

I'm back pipol!! tnx jud sa inyong mga opinionz! I decided to really go for the QA position,,my TL is really nice & I dont want to be another atrision for her lalo na she's very persnickity with metrics jud. I told her na I'tz not personal & itz not my intention to mess up her statz..kelangan lang jud nko ang change,,change sa environment, pay, account & position pud.

So last day of work nko is Aug 31, QA training nko is Sep 3..bale sept 3-7 naka terminal leave nko. At least ui I dont have this knot in my stomach na everytime I report for work.
