There are some causes ofÂ* the status "STATE OF EMERGENCY"Â* one basis was the economy, another was that our country was in a worst delimma, there is a massive protest and rallies against the government....of which protesters are armed with weapons and they are determined to kill or to used weapons to take over the current administration.....and if ever the issue of "MARTIAL LAW"Â* will still became the hot spot issue, great rallies and protest will errupt and that may lead to a declaration of "STATE OF EMERGENCY" which is the only key that a President can declare Martial Law...so in other words it is the people itself will provoke GMA to declare it......so lets be in cool condition.....but we cannot deny the instances that politicians itself will do the move to make a certain country in a STATE OF EMERGENCY....like what happen to Davao City International Airport....that bombing incident almost lead to a declaration of Martial law in Mindanao, and many believes that it was the government itself was the author of that incident......
