independence of Russia and China from the USD as form of currency
for international trade is still a long way. although i may argue that their
alliance is quite strong...not on 100% trust but on mutual interests...indeed
a quid pro quo.
This is already happening. The costs of power in china is not as competitive as it once was plus they are having a problem with carbon emissions due to the glut of coal fired power plants. On top of that, they also have a problem with water supply as these plants consume vast amounts of water.
China also has a problem with internal debt, most local businesses have closed due to lack of financing. Power, water, debt, plus rising wages no longer make china the poster boy of outsourced manufactured jobs anymore. The chinese government as of the moment is looking to strengthen their domestic economy as FDIs can no longer contribute anymore to their growth. Right now they are looking to provide financial assistance to SMEs to help kickstart the economy as well as provide loans to high level education for smooth transition from low level, low wage jobs to high level jobs such as engineering and IT jobs.
lisod kung US ang mogimok..ang china dummy rana sa rusia..china moy sigeg pangitag bikil sa US then kung mo react ang US ana na mo intra sa love story si Rusia...para ingnon nga nilaban ra sila, dili sila ang nanguna sa gubot.

why dont china and russia use their gold bullion instead of their crappy paper bills...
Amo raw mat gikan china, usd man lagi ghapon ang invoice..
Usa ka company dri which just imported oil from russia (thru taiwan) usd ghapon gamit valuation..
I think most, if not all exporters in china are n will b using usd as conversion basis... On the banking side, usd is the major currency in circulation... Getting yuan bills is hard enough, how much more rubles...
More on a political manuevering, but dont think they can stick to wat theyre blabbering...
