their businessmen resorted to outsourcing coz it costs too much if they make their businesses in their own land. no american would want to work in a factory nor an american would want to work as a call center agent. they went to china becoz labor is cheap in china, but it back fired, with too much american factories in china, the chinese economy has grown extensively and is now being considered as the new economic powerhouse.
