If only north korea has oil reserves like in the eastern countries. Then a lot of countries will take action, like the US.....

The casualties would be horrendous in another Korean war. With thousands of tanks, artillery and rockets and a million strong army within striking distance of Seoul from the North Korean border, expected civilian casualties would be half a million alone from the opening stages.
