    Jump Ships na TS. Di mana makatarungan nga rason oi. MANDATORY mana ang SSS, PhilHealth, ug uban pa. Mura man gani ug dili na registered sila sa DTI. e report na TS oi para kung ganahan sila mag padayun sa ilang negosyo dapat follow all rules gyud.

    Report sa dole TS file reklamo,,then ug e terminate ka,,,i apil na sa file ug case 7 months kana dapat regular kana ang kana benefits kana sa dapat unsa naka sulat sa labor law

So my question is, is this normal practice for small businesses requiring graphic artists? Because honestly, I'm about ready to quit. I've been in the company for 7 months and I don't think I can last another month.

    Any advice? Should I jump ship even though I don't have another job lined up yet? (my hubby can support me just fine; we don't have kids yet and i'm not yet in my 30s). Salamat in advance sa feedback

    dili na playing safe sir oi ky naay rights c TS ana.. infact mka kwarta pa c TS ana ky automatic pildi man kaso ang companya ana basta wla masubay sa labor code.. wlay daghan kaso daog na dritso ky company vs. people republic of the phils.

    quit dayon TS ayaw pag dugay2. way polos ang ingon ana nga amo. naa pud koy amo ingon ana sauna 1month ra ko sibat daun.

    ts, that is grossly illegal that your employer is not giving you those benefits stipulated by law that you deserve to have.

    document that.. gather evidence before resigning.. then.. file a case against them.
