    TS..mas better if mag enroll na ka sa gym..naay mga instructors nga evaluate nimo and ask you unsay gusto nimo mahitabo..magpagamay, magpadako or magpa lean sa lawas..sila ra ang m ohatag ug program nimo...

    Yes I recommend MetroSports. They have the best equipments at a very reasonable price.
    It's fine if you dont know anything about exercises and all that... overcome your fear or pride perhaps if you want to be ripped.

    if your goal is to lose weight, going to the gym is not the solution esp if u r just dragging and forcing yourself to do the exercises. why? it will only stress your out. and stress will produce cortisol which will signal the body to store fat. have u heard of people complaining, i eat very little, exercise all the time yet i am not losing weight? this is because they fail to realize the role of stress in their everyday lives. the key to losing weight is simple. determine how much food u need to eat depending on your activity level and a total change of lifestyle. usa raman ang hinungdan manambok ta. overfed yet there is no enough nutrients because we are taking the wrong food packed with calories and we are not burning what we are eating, so it gets stored in the body in the form of fat. be vigilant and avoid being ignorant too. a lot of us dont know what the good foods are, what is really healthy to eat and which food to avoid. im not saying punish yourself, we can have anything but moderation is the key. anyways, with your exercise, try to find something you love and enjoy doing. example, if u love to dance, take hiphop aerobics or belly dancing. u dont really need to do threadmills if u hate it because u just wont get the results you are hoping. being happy with what u r doing will help boost your metabolism too. its already proven

    I personally believe that self discipline is the key ingredient to getting the desired body figure because after all, it's still your determination that plays a vital role.

    For some, jogging or running helps burn fats quicker rather than going to the gym with intimidation.
