mga hiphoppers mga baduy.. maguwang ra gamay sa mga boybands. wahahaha
define hiphopers then DHated? Tell me what is it or is it your mouth just run not connected to your brain?
hip hoppers. its not the music i pinpointed kundi ang fashion.. well it depends kung baduyan ba ka. basta most people i know baduyan jud. baduy jud manamit ang hip hop kanang baggy pants then extra large sportshirt.. naa pay terno na kadena i kuwentas. tsk tsk... ok ra na oi kaysa mag drugs.![]()
hihop jud oi.. porebermore.![]()
Then its not hiphop. Hiphop is the culture. What your saying is just the clothes nothing more nothing less. They don't represent hiphop just cuz they wear baggy clothes. I myself don't wear baggy clothes. I represent hiphop thru music and the passion, not clothing.Originally Posted by DHated
ok here are my views... hiphop talks bout the ghetto life in a very urban setting where drugs and violence is very rampant,
with all the gansters or "gangstas" as what others may call it. they also talk a lot about *** and money or what others may call
"pimpin".im not saying all rap music or hiphop culture for that matter are all like that. there are actually some songs who make sense
not just bling and pimpin around, but sad to say most of them are. reggae on the other hand is too broad to cover but i
would say that in general almost all of reggae music are feel good music.there is less hostility in the so called music genre. drugs well
reggae only talks a lot about the "international herb" . so in my lifestyle i guess ill have to say id go for reggae over hiphop. rap and
hiphop isnt just for me although i listen to some of it occasionally. i think im just not "gansta" enough.![]()

tsk tsk again hiphop is not only music its the culture can't you understand? To what you just said there is like from a musics you've been listening too and apparently you don't know much with artist out there that has very good vibes and their poetic rhymes. Beat Boxing is hiphop, and is it gangsta? No, but its part of the culture. Graffitti artists and their creations, are you gonna call that gangsta? No, again its part of the culture. Know the culture first before bashing something you only seen in mainstream.
that is specifically why i posted that i listen to hiphop at times. and i also posted that not all of hiphop culture is *** drugs violence. im not bashing something, im only voicing out my opinion. look dude i live in Compton, CA so i know what im talking about. thats why i like reggae coz ive had enough of rap and hip hop culture. id like to quote some of my words....
