    Di man kailangan mag sigeg compute, just guesstimate lang. Rough estimation raman. Ako enjoy man gihapon kos akong kan-on. I just make sure I eat enough to maintain my weight kay paspas kaayo kog metabolism.

    eat healthy lang jud. ayaw pasagad ug kaon bisan unsa tungod kay mag padako ka... kay there will be consequences jud if sobraan sa unhealthy foods.. like too much sodium intake, purine intake.. etc.... resulta overtime kay mag ka hypertension, then kidney problems...

    Boss unsaun pagtarget anang 40-40-20 di man ko kabaw mudetermine sa nutritional value sa akong kan-on. How about in practical life, how does that equivalent to para naa koi idea. Like breakfast suggestion, unsai kan-on sa canteen or pila ka rice inaglunch, snacks, nya dinner. Kanang locallyn known nga food..

    akong gibuhat btaw,

    kaon kog 5-6 meals, pareha man tag lawas,
    atleast naay 1 rice per meal, gasto nuon.
    maanad raka maka consume ka ana nga am0unt, pero mu tambok jd ka gamay, sagoli pod og gym, knang compound exercise, ayaw pag curls2x bossing, pag bench, squat, deadlift, kana kay gutom giud kaayo igkahuman.

    niundang ko in ani kay nitambok ko hahaha d ko ganahan. anyway 5'7" diay ko nia 57 Kilograms rasad, underweight ko kay daoton sad ko.. plano ko mag crossfit karon january sa balay ra improvise nia kaon daghan, bahala dugay mudako basta lean sad
