i think its a talent..a skill can be taught, but you can't teach talent..
i really admire those people who can draw..my dad can draw but i can't seem to do so.heheh.maybe i didn't get his drawing gene. i tried drawing back in college but my drawings were disgusting and awfull..hehehe..

no matter how i tried, its just wasn't there..hihihi
