IMO, UAAP and NCAA or any other collegiate leagues don't imply that the players has to have a Filipino lineage unlike the professional league. As long as they're enrolled in a UAAP or NCAA affiliated schools, they're eligible to play.

yup Americano siya but has played in the Philippines for Faith Academy as a highschooler
