Mao ni abilidad ni Tomas na wala ni Rama and Alvin.
Maayo siya mo source of funds for Cebu City which paved the way to the current boom.
Sayang kay mas dako ug value for other people ang pagka 'direct' ni Tomas compared sa sweet talks ni Rama.

Politics is I could see the reason of the diversion of fundings,
of course Mike Rama should make sure that Tomas would never gain a foothold,
and Tomas also would do the same, it's just a part of the political games that they should play

I think Tomas is selfish, now that the SRP is there, development should start ie. selling or leasing of the lands para molambo na ang Cebu thru Tax,
and whatever happen to that Bigfoot thing in SRP? ang gibuhat ra man ni Gliesner(Bigfoot Owner) is to buy the Land in the guise that he will start the next Hollywood in Asia, but the truth is naghulat ra na cya for further development in SRP para momahal ang value then ibaligya niya later.. nagpailad pd si Tomas..

I think Tomas is very selfish when it comes to SRP development..
The only development you can see in SRP is SM (since it is run by a private company), other than that, its is still deserted as hell
